Festival de Oaxaca in Mexico has been funded by the Federal government for 8 years. Various communities are brought together for a concert.
Most of the participants are children from the age of 8 to 18. The event brings about more than 1,200 participants. Jupiter has kept officially sponsorship out of most of the activities of the Festival.
